A bounded, one-off clarity session. Not counselling. Not therapy. Not a programme. You bring what’s heavy. I help make it thinkable again.

How it works

- Choose a next step. Something you can do within 24–48 hours.
Repeat sessions are possible if helpful, but not immediately. I keep it simple: book one at a time.

- Each session is standalone.
- No follow-up or ongoing support.
- No emergency or out-of-hours expectations.
- Clear scope for each session, with permission to pause if it isn’t the right fit.
